Food & Drink
Seasonal, soulful plates are our kitchen game. Tasty dishes like juicy Double Cheeseburgers or Fried Chicken & Pickles sit quite happily alongside more adventurous numbers like Bao buns and Beetroot falafel.
Our drinks range gets freshened up regularly, so we can share products we really like. Our pals Magic Rock, Cromarty and Fallen Brewing each have a permanent guest beer tap to rotate their range, while a fourth tap will always showcase a local, independent Glasgow Brewery.
Vinyl & Events
It’s no secret we love vinyl records. The sound, the artwork, the sleeve notes and the simple pleasure of listening to a record from start to finish. We regularly top up our own crates, we also buddy up with Oxfam Records to help them sell their records and you can even bring your own LPs down for a spin.
Here’s some more fun stuff we’ve got going on:
Vinyl Museum Record Fayre
3rd Saturday (daytime) of every month
Phillies House Band
Last Saturday of every month
First Sunday of every month
Last Thursday of every month
Every Tuesday – 9pm - 11pm
Amazing wines and craft beers being added every week, go check them out!
As you step into Phillies, you enter through ‘Curious Liquids’, a modern grog shop selling great wines from off the beaten track and a mad selection of weird and wonderful craft beers (often before anywhere else in Glasgow)… all available to take home or sit in. It's a wee gem! Check out more over on their Facebook page.
When we opened our first bar, the first decision we made was to pay our team a real Living Wage and it’s a principle we believe in more than ever.
We always hold some tables for casual drinking and walk-ins. It’s a relaxed environment, so if your table’s not quite ready, you can grab a spot at the bar and chat to us.
